Lead and execute marketing operations and campaign delivery across business units. Manage and develop a hands-on team, coordinate creative, digital, events, and vendor relationships, remove roadblocks, improve processes, and ensure high-quality, customer-focused execution in a fast-paced environment.

Support power rental sales by prospecting, quoting, and processing orders; maintain customer relationships and CRM records; assist marketing and projects; know rental equipment; occasional site verification and up to 15% travel.

Maintain and update equipment inventory records, register machines and enroll warranties, submit and track claims, monitor BOT notifications and account true-ups, prepare reports, support audits and interdepartmental inquiries, and assist Sales Administration as needed.

Sell Caterpillar and complementary marine product support (parts & service) to commercial, OEM, and end users in an assigned territory. Develop account strategies, prepare quotes and PowerPoint presentations, coordinate technicians and project execution, maintain CRM and sales reports, attend meetings, and provide technical support and emergency response as needed to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
