Serve as the operational owner for assigned strategic customer accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience, maximizing equipment uptime, coordinating service execution, driving work order completion and invoicing, facilitating preventive maintenance and fleet health monitoring, delivering customer performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for parts, service, rebuilds, and Caterpillar technology adoption to support profitable account growth.

Sell and promote Caterpillar and complementary marine product support (parts & service) across an assigned territory. Develop account strategies, prepare quotes and presentations, coordinate service delivery, maintain CRM and sales reports, support emergency scheduling, and liaise between customers, Fabick service teams, and Caterpillar to meet revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualify leads, develop opportunities, create quotes, and manage retail product projects for generators and electrical distribution equipment. Support outside sales, project managers, and sales coordinator; read equipment specs and contract drawings to determine requirements. Maintain accurate customer account data, re-establish and grow customer relationships, run promotional campaigns, set sales goals, and complete the dealership ISR training program.

Senior Database Engineer responsible for owning enterprise database and application platforms, designing integrations and data pipelines, supporting data warehouse operations, and leading data modernization to a cloud (Azure) architecture that enables enterprise AI and supports an ERP migration. Collaborates with IT leadership, vendors, and business partners, mentors junior staff, and implements data governance, security, and standards.

Sell and support marine and construction positioning, guidance, and automation technologies across a multi-state territory. Provide demos, training, installation testing, field troubleshooting, loaner inventory management, hotline support, and coordinate with vendor partners to integrate and merchandize new products.

Provide technical sales support for Fabick's construction and marine technology products: assist sales with configurations and pricing, troubleshoot and train customers and technicians, manage equipment preparation and inventory, document issues, and act as liaison between sales and service teams to ensure successful installations and product integration.

Lead and execute marketing operations and campaign delivery across business units. Manage and develop a hands-on team, coordinate creative, digital, events, and vendor relationships, remove roadblocks, improve processes, and ensure high-quality, customer-focused execution in a fast-paced environment.

Support power rental sales by prospecting, quoting, and processing orders; maintain customer relationships and CRM records; assist marketing and projects; know rental equipment; occasional site verification and up to 15% travel.

Sell Caterpillar and complementary marine product support (parts & service) to commercial, OEM, and end users in an assigned territory. Develop account strategies, prepare quotes and PowerPoint presentations, coordinate technicians and project execution, maintain CRM and sales reports, attend meetings, and provide technical support and emergency response as needed to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
