Sources and recruits primarily student talent for Fabick Cat technical training programs. Builds partnerships with schools, colleges, career centers, and community organizations; leads recruiting events and outreach; nurtures prospects and converts them into applicants; collaborates with hiring managers, marketing, and program teams; and tracks recruitment metrics to improve workforce pipelines.

Advise earth-moving equipment customers on parts, service, sales, and product support needs. Develop existing accounts and grow customer service agreement, parts, and service business. Provide fleet and operational solutions, coordinate with branch personnel, resolve customer issues, and travel extensively within an assigned territory to visit customers.

Manages quoting, estimating, technical documentation, and end-to-end delivery of Caterpillar electric power generation projects. Reviews construction documents, wiring diagrams, specifications, and sequences of operation; coordinates personnel, materials, rentals, parts, billing, commissioning, and customer communication. Maintains CRM records, performs market analysis, supports sales teams, and provides technical training to customers and employees.

Manage electric power generation projects from purchase order through customer acceptance, coordinating personnel, engineering tasks, materials, schedules, contractors, utilities, product support, and customer communications. Oversee equipment delivery, construction meetings, startup, commissioning documentation, project expenditures, vendor purchases, and financial closeout. Provide technical support and deliver training on installation, safe operation, applications, and maintenance of generator sets, switchgear, transfer switches, UPS systems, and related equipment.

Maintains technology product configurations, kits, bills of material, part numbers, pricing, margins, and ordering data across multiple systems. Researches discrepancies, vendor changes, backorders, substitutions, and order exceptions while coordinating resolutions with sales, support, parts teams, and vendors. Places technology parts orders, validates vendor acknowledgements, documents recommendations, and improves product data, inventory, pricing, and ordering processes. The role is office-based and does not involve field installation work.

Owns enterprise database platforms, applications, APIs, integrations, and data warehouse operations. Leads cloud-based data modernization, Azure platform evaluation, AI-enabling data architecture, governance, security, and Dynamics 365 migration readiness. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions, manages technical project lifecycles, collaborates with vendors and IT leadership, and mentors team members.

Support power rental sales by prospecting, quoting, and processing orders; maintain customer relationships and CRM records; assist marketing and projects; know rental equipment; occasional site verification and up to 15% travel.
