Serve as primary customer contact for sales, rental, parts, and service of compact construction equipment. Provide consultative recommendations, prepare quotes and rental agreements, assist with parts and service coordination, maintain customer records, support inventory and store presentation, and transition customers to specialized sales resources as needed.

Perform on-site and in-shop inspections of undercarriage systems on heavy equipment using specialized measurement tools and Caterpillar software. Document findings, generate reports, recommend maintenance or replacement, identify abnormal wear, educate customers, collaborate with sales and service teams, maintain safety, and manage field schedules with significant travel.

Sell and support marine and construction positioning, guidance, and automation technologies across a multi-state territory. Provide demos, training, installation testing, field troubleshooting, loaner inventory management, hotline support, and coordinate with vendor partners to integrate and merchandize new products.
