Serve as the operational owner for assigned strategic customer accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience, maximizing equipment uptime, coordinating service execution, driving work order completion and invoicing, facilitating preventive maintenance and fleet health monitoring, delivering customer performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for parts, service, rebuilds, and Caterpillar technology adoption to support profitable account growth.

Sell and promote Caterpillar and complementary marine product support (parts & service) across an assigned territory. Develop account strategies, prepare quotes and presentations, coordinate service delivery, maintain CRM and sales reports, support emergency scheduling, and liaise between customers, Fabick service teams, and Caterpillar to meet revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualify leads, develop opportunities, create quotes, and manage retail product projects for generators and electrical distribution equipment. Support outside sales, project managers, and sales coordinator; read equipment specs and contract drawings to determine requirements. Maintain accurate customer account data, re-establish and grow customer relationships, run promotional campaigns, set sales goals, and complete the dealership ISR training program.
