Maintains technology product configurations, kits, bills of material, part numbers, pricing, margins, and ordering data across multiple systems. Researches discrepancies, vendor changes, backorders, substitutions, and order exceptions while coordinating resolutions with sales, support, parts teams, and vendors. Places technology parts orders, validates vendor acknowledgements, documents recommendations, and improves product data, inventory, pricing, and ordering processes. The role is office-based and does not involve field installation work.

Owns enterprise database platforms, applications, APIs, integrations, and data warehouse operations. Leads cloud-based data modernization, Azure platform evaluation, AI-enabling data architecture, governance, security, and Dynamics 365 migration readiness. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions, manages technical project lifecycles, collaborates with vendors and IT leadership, and mentors team members.

Support power rental sales by prospecting, quoting, and processing orders; maintain customer relationships and CRM records; assist marketing and projects; know rental equipment; occasional site verification and up to 15% travel.
