Manages Piteco and SAP S/4HANA-integrated treasury processes, supports audits and governance, and contributes to automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement across international Group companies.

Provides technical support by phone and email, troubleshooting product issues and assisting with installation, configuration, diagnostics, and resolution. Performs in-house testing and repairs on electrical, electronic, and mechanical products; manages RMA returns and repairs; answers sales team inquiries; identifies recurring issues for QA and R&D; and mentors new hires.

Develops installer relationships and expands channel sales in the Cape Town region. Provides technical field support, installation diagnostics, product guidance, training, and escalation management. Promotes Centurion products, identifies new installers, supports upselling and cross-selling, records interactions in CRM and ticketing systems, and reports on site visits, market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.

Build and nurture client relationships across commercial, industrial, and government sectors; identify business opportunities; develop tailored proposals and sales strategies; collaborate with technical teams; manage tenders and quotations; and engage stakeholders to drive sales success.

Lead South Asia sales for access solutions, driving revenue growth, managing teams, and developing distributor, system integrator, consultant, contractor, and enterprise partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, presenting technical solutions, managing tenders and negotiations, converting orders, maintaining SAP sales pipelines and forecasts, coordinating orders through payments, attending industry events, and achieving project sales targets.

Lead product development projects in R&D Mechatronics, managing Obeya environment, integrated project plans, cross-functional teams, budgets, KPIs and risks. Ensure timely delivery, governance, documentation and stakeholder alignment while reporting to senior leadership and driving continuous improvement.

Lead government-sector sales across South Asia for access solutions. Responsibilities include designing and bidding on government projects, managing system integrators and partners, developing government accounts, building customer relationships, preparing commercial offers and technical compliance documents, forecasting revenue, achieving sales targets, guiding product selection, and monitoring follow-ups, collections, and internal coordination.
