Lead and coordinate Network and Systems teams to ensure stable, secure, multi-site hybrid infrastructure. Oversee networking, servers, virtualization, backup/DR, IAM, cloud integration, projects, procurement, and helpdesk SLAs while driving standards, documentation, and technical decisions.

Lead product development projects in R&D Mechatronics, managing Obeya environment, integrated project plans, cross-functional teams, budgets, KPIs and risks. Ensure timely delivery, governance, documentation and stakeholder alignment while reporting to senior leadership and driving continuous improvement.

The In-House Counsel will provide legal guidance, manage contracts and disputes, support corporate governance, and enhance legal risk awareness across the organization.
