Identify and develop business opportunities across North and West Africa, build relationships with government entities, airport authorities, consultants, integrators, and partners, and support market expansion. Generate leads, coordinate sales handoffs, manage CRM records, track projects and pipelines, analyze market intelligence, develop partners, shape value propositions, assess risks, and drive sustainable regional revenue growth. Frequent travel across Africa is required.

Supports internal sales operations by handling customer inquiries, quotations, orders, follow-ups, product demonstrations, basic technical support, and sales reporting. Builds client relationships through phone, digital, and counter interactions; conducts cold calling; promotes products; coordinates order fulfillment with Stores and Production; maintains customer records in SAP and Zoho; supports external sales, training activities, trade shows, and branch operations.

Supports Group treasury operations, cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, foreign exchange risk monitoring, hedging, banking administration, and treasury reporting. Manages Piteco and SAP S/4HANA-integrated treasury processes, supports audits and governance, and contributes to automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement across international Group companies.
