Work with EPD and Sales to design AI-native financial modeling workflows, create standardized templates, perform high-rigor QA on AI outputs, and pressure-test edge cases to ensure investor-grade financial models and automation reliability.

Lead full-cycle sales for F2's AI platform targeting commercial and investment banking clients, managing complex enterprise sales processes.

Lead and build F2's full recruiting function: own full-cycle hiring across engineering, product, AI, deployment, and GTM; design sourcing, interview processes, ATS hygiene, reporting, comp bands, and closing strategy; partner with founders and Finance on headcount planning; scale hiring across NYC, SF, and London while maintaining talent density and candidate experience.
