Teams at F2

Lead end-to-end product design for F2’s B2B AI platform, from user research and ideation through prototyping, interaction design, and final UI. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to create intuitive workflows, maintain scalable design systems, and improve adoption and engagement. The role requires navigating ambiguity, collaborating cross-functionally, and designing experiences where human judgment and AI capabilities intersect.

Provide high-leverage support to the CEO managing calendar, inbox, travel, expenses, and confidential information. Run NYC office operations, coordinate with SF office manager, support London office setup, plan meetings and events, and handle vendor and facilities relationships.

Embed with enterprise clients to build production integrations and custom features on F2's platform. Write production code, ship via CI/CD, prototype quickly, own technical relationships, generalize solutions into platform capabilities, and bring field insights back to product and engineering.
