Own end-to-end technical recruiting for engineering, AI, infrastructure, and forward-deployed roles. Build passive candidate pipelines, map technical talent markets, source and engage candidates, partner with engineering leaders, manage candidate processes, improve interview systems, track recruiting metrics, and enhance recruiting tools and processes as the company scales.

Lead F2’s partnership strategy across distribution, technology, data, and strategic relationships. Identify and prioritize partners, negotiate commercial agreements, create joint go-to-market plans, launch integrations, enable partner teams, and measure commercial impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Security, and Customer Success to expand F2’s reach across private markets and drive adoption and revenue.

Own end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and related commercial functions. Responsibilities include talent strategy, passive candidate sourcing, pipeline development, talent mapping, candidate management, interview process design, offer closing, and recruiting process improvement. The recruiter will partner with senior hiring managers, use pipeline metrics to improve hiring velocity, and help scale recruiting systems and candidate experience.
