Partner with sales teams to understand client accounts receivable needs, deliver technical product demonstrations, and manage end-to-end implementations. Coordinate with Customer Success and Product teams, create and execute test plans, prioritize feature requests, train clients, develop documentation, and provide feedback to improve product adoption and satisfaction.

Own the marketing operating rhythm across product marketing, launches, campaigns, content, creative, digital growth, and performance reporting. Translate product releases into messaging and sales enablement, manage the marketing calendar, coordinate cross-functional contributors, produce content and design assets, execute demand and lifecycle campaigns, oversee website updates, and report on results. Requires hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience, strong writing and design skills, product launch expertise, analytics knowledge, and familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, and Search Console.

Lead the finance function for a multinational subsidiary, overseeing month-end and year-end reporting, consolidations, cash flow, payroll, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. Manage a small offshore team, provide technical accounting guidance, support budgeting and profitability analysis, and liaise with French headquarters. Lead the migration from Xero to NetSuite while improving financial governance, reporting efficiency, and scalable finance processes.

Own day-to-day payments operations including merchant onboarding and Level 1 risk assessment, transaction and fraud monitoring, end-to-end dispute and chargeback handling, first-line payment support, daily reconciliation and operational reporting, and maintaining compliance and audit-ready records (PCI DSS, AML/CTF). Collaborate with Customer Success, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Sales and support payment product and process improvements.

Manage a portfolio of top-tier SaaS/fintech customers (onboarding, adoption, retention). Deliver white-glove implementation and training, run executive success reviews, prevent churn, handle support/escalations via Intercom/helpdesk, maintain CRM records, and advocate customer needs across Product and Engineering.

Provide L2 technical support for ERP/accounting integrations (NetSuite, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB). Monitor daily syncs, troubleshoot integration/API/database issues using SQL, respond to customers via HubSpot/Intercom, liaise with partners, document resolutions, and occasionally support outside regular hours.

Own the full sales cycle for a mid-market Order-to-Cash SaaS platform: convert qualified leads, run demos, build business cases with finance stakeholders, negotiate bespoke agreements, maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, collaborate with BDRs, partners, Product and Customer Success, and contribute to growth initiatives and channel strategies.
