Own the product roadmap and backlog across three engineering squads for an order-to-cash B2B SaaS platform. Lead customer discovery, prioritization, requirements, UX and quality reviews, product operations, launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, and post-release analytics. Build a structured product management function, translate customer problems into measurable outcomes, and partner with commercial, engineering, delivery, and group stakeholders across payments, credit risk, workflows, and integrations.

Commercial Accountant responsible for finance operations, process improvement, audit, tax, compliance, financial controls, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. The role supports a multinational technology and payments business, manages finance projects, improves systems and workflows, assists with consolidated reporting and revenue recognition, and partners with stakeholders on pricing, margins, cost optimization, and business cases. Strong potential to progress into a Finance Manager role within approximately 12 months.

Own the marketing operating rhythm across product marketing, launches, campaigns, content, creative, digital growth, and performance reporting. Translate product releases into messaging and sales enablement, manage the marketing calendar, coordinate cross-functional contributors, produce content and design assets, execute demand and lifecycle campaigns, oversee website updates, and report on results. Requires hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience, strong writing and design skills, product launch expertise, analytics knowledge, and familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, and Search Console.

Manage a portfolio of top-tier SaaS/fintech customers (onboarding, adoption, retention). Deliver white-glove implementation and training, run executive success reviews, prevent churn, handle support/escalations via Intercom/helpdesk, maintain CRM records, and advocate customer needs across Product and Engineering.

Provide L2 technical support for ERP/accounting integrations (NetSuite, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB). Monitor daily syncs, troubleshoot integration/API/database issues using SQL, respond to customers via HubSpot/Intercom, liaise with partners, document resolutions, and occasionally support outside regular hours.
