Manage a portfolio of top-tier SaaS/fintech customers (onboarding, adoption, retention). Deliver white-glove implementation and training, run executive success reviews, prevent churn, handle support/escalations via Intercom/helpdesk, maintain CRM records, and advocate customer needs across Product and Engineering.

Provide L2 technical support for ERP/accounting integrations (NetSuite, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB). Monitor daily syncs, troubleshoot integration/API/database issues using SQL, respond to customers via HubSpot/Intercom, liaise with partners, document resolutions, and occasionally support outside regular hours.

Run outbound prospecting into target mid-market accounts using phone, email and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings for Account Executives. Build knowledge of ICP and AR buyer personas, refine messaging with Sales and Marketing, and help convert outreach into pipeline.
