Lead a team of analysts to optimize profitability of loan portfolios and sellable inventory across LATAM. Deliver BI reporting, ad-hoc and monthly insights to executives and field ops, analyze lending and merchandise trends, support M&A due diligence, recommend pricing and lending adjustments, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive revenue and operational improvements.

Serve as regional HR business partner supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, development, compensation/benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR projects. Coach field leadership, analyze HR metrics, run investigations and training, and drive talent and succession planning to support multi-unit retail operations in the assigned region.
