Hands-on senior full-stack engineer leading multiple projects to build and maintain React/Angular frontends and Node.js backends, integrate LLMs and AI/ML (LLM APIs, computer vision, vector search/RAG), manage cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), enforce AI-assisted development practices, conduct code reviews and mentoring, support production reliability and on-call incident response.

Owns and oversees compliance management programs for assigned entities, products, and services. Responsibilities include assessing regulatory risks, evaluating controls, conducting testing and monitoring, managing corrective actions, advising senior leadership, preparing Board reports, supporting regulatory examinations, mentoring compliance professionals, and partnering across Legal, Operations, Finance, and business functions. The role also applies artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve compliance processes.
