Lead operational accounting close processes, own lease accounting (ASC 842) and Lucernex administration, manage SOX 404 compliance, prepare audit deliverables, drive process improvements, hire and develop accounting staff, and support M&A integrations and special projects.

Lead a team of analysts to optimize profitability of loan portfolios and sellable inventory across LATAM. Deliver BI reporting, ad-hoc and monthly insights to executives and field ops, analyze lending and merchandise trends, support M&A due diligence, recommend pricing and lending adjustments, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive revenue and operational improvements.
