Owns SEO, paid and organic channels, website roadmaps, experimentation, analytics, platform requirements, agency relationships, budgets, and a multidisciplinary digital growth team. Partners across marketing, technology, operations, finance, merchandising, and customer strategy to increase customers, appointments, transactions, revenue, retention, and customer value.
