Greets and signs in patients, manages files and insurance claims, performs pre-test procedures, assists with contact lens orders and training, processes transactions, explains promotions, supports product selection, maintains inventory, and delivers exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.

Manage an optical lab team to meet eyewear production goals while maintaining safety, organization, quality, and efficiency. Perform scheduled equipment maintenance, interpret prescription specifications, oversee lens cutting, resolve production issues, and ensure high workmanship standards. The role requires optical industry and lab machinery experience, with people-management experience preferred.
