Accompany physicians during ophthalmic exams and transcribe comprehensive exam notes into the EHR. Update medication lists, document procedures, manage prescriptions and referrals, assist with patient flow and minor exam tasks (instilling drops, AR), and ensure accurate, complete medical records while following HIPAA/OSHA and clinic procedures.

Manages clinic operations, staffing, facilities, policies, compliance, quality assurance, vendor contracts, and patient experience. Oversees supervisors and employees, including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution. Coordinates operational goals with physician leadership and the Director of Operations, ensures HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and supports quality patient care across ophthalmic, optometric, and opticianry services.

Perform diagnostic ocular testing (visual acuity, visual fields, OCT, GDX, HRT), prepare testing rooms, assist patient flow and education, record histories and coding, maintain equipment, and support clinicians. Level II may perform additional tests, A-scans, contact lens duties, or act as scribe/ophthalmic tech.

The Retina Scribe assists the physician during patient exams by transcribing notes, updating records, and managing patient flow, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.

The Diagnostic Tech performs tests on patients' visual fields and ocular functions, assists with patient flow, and maintains equipment, ensuring high patient care standards.

Supervise opticians, assist patients with eyeglass selection, manage inventory, ensure high-quality patient care, and train staff. Generate sales and implement policies.

The Optometrist will perform eye exams, provide prescriptions, educate patients, document interactions, and collaborate with healthcare teams while managing patient care and team leadership.

Provide primary vision care, perform eye exams, diagnose vision problems, collaborate with medical teams, and manage patient records. Lead a team and ensure compliance with regulations.
