Accompanies ophthalmology physicians during patient exams, accurately transcribes histories, findings, diagnoses, procedures, and treatment instructions into the EHR. Updates medications, processes cultures, sends prescriptions, coordinates referrals and follow-up appointments, supports patient flow, assists with basic exam procedures, and manages related documentation and communications while maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance.

Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Windows servers, endpoints, and virtualization environments. Provide advanced helpdesk and infrastructure support, install and manage physical and virtual servers, troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and automate administrative tasks with PowerShell. Collaborate with IT Engineering, vendors, and stakeholders on infrastructure projects, change management, documentation, security, HIPAA compliance, and system lifecycle management.

Accompanies ophthalmologists during patient exams, transcribes comprehensive clinical notes into the EHR, updates medications, documents procedures, processes referrals and prescriptions, schedules follow-up care, assists with basic exam procedures, supports patient flow, and maintains accurate, compliant records. Requires strong communication, medical terminology knowledge, keyboarding, attention to detail, confidentiality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across worksites.
