Teams at ExtraHop

Leads the strategy, commercial modeling, acquisition, and scaling of ExtraHop’s MSSP and MDR business across EMEA. Owns partner pipeline, recurring revenue, executive relationships, co-selling, and sell-through motions. Builds commercial frameworks, enables MSSP technical teams, provides product feedback, and initially operates as a player-coach before recruiting and managing account managers and channel solutions architects.

Manages sales enablement eLearning programs, content, systems, and multimedia assets for onboarding, ramping, readiness, accreditation, and ongoing sales effectiveness. Designs and publishes courses, guides, videos, and lessons; manages the LMS lifecycle; measures program impact through assessments, surveys, and feedback; collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts; and applies instructional design and sales enablement best practices.

Designs and delivers customer-focused solutions for ExtraHop’s cybersecurity and network visibility platform. Responsibilities include developing GUI tools, scripts, APIs, data visualizations, and automated workflows; analyzing network topologies and application stacks; performing root cause analysis; profiling applications; creating technical collateral; and training customer personnel. The role requires strong networking, application architecture, scripting, communication, and customer engagement skills.
