Owns EMEA sales operations, including territory and headcount planning, forecasting, pipeline management, segmentation, reporting, and sales process optimization. Partners with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, lead business reviews, support the sales technology stack, and drive process improvements. This highly independent individual contributor manages multiple initiatives and advises stakeholders across Customer Operations, Enablement, Compensation, Marketing Operations, Deals Desk, and FP&A.

Develop machine learning and AI methods for cybersecurity products using large-scale network telemetry. Analyze anomalies and malicious behavior, engineer features, evaluate models on imbalanced and incomplete data, establish monitoring metrics, and conduct error analysis. Collaborate with threat researchers and software engineers to productionize solutions, research emerging techniques, communicate findings, document methodologies, and mentor data scientists.

Designs and develops technical training materials, tutorial videos, self-paced courses, scripts, assessments, and digital learning experiences. Collaborates with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps, researches complex technical topics, deploys courses in an LMS, performs quality assurance, and updates content for current product versions. The role requires instructional design expertise, multimedia production skills, authoring-tool experience, and the ability to explain technical concepts to external customers.
