The Director of Finance oversees budgeting, forecasting, cost control, payroll, purchasing, financial reporting, and financial systems for a hotel property. The role manages pre-opening and operating budgets, monthly statements, labor reviews, F&B cost controls, sales incentives, brand partner reporting, and compliance with hospitality standards. This leader partners with ownership, asset management, Hilton, and department heads to optimize profitability and ensure accurate financial operations.

Supports interior design projects from concept through construction administration by coordinating consultants, reviewing drawings, ensuring design compliance, managing FFE, OS&E, art selections, and overseeing punch lists and quality control. Performs product research, sample procurement, AutoCAD drafting, and 3D modeling. Participates in coordination meetings, construction activities, submittals, RFIs, and marketing materials. Works in offices and active construction sites.

Leads front-of-house food and beverage operations across restaurants, lounges, room service, and banquets. Supervises, coaches, schedules, and trains service staff while ensuring premium guest experiences and brand standards. Oversees POS transactions, cash handling, reporting, inventory support, labor costs, compliance with health and liquor regulations, and guest issue resolution. Requires strong knowledge of upscale dining, beverages, reservation systems, and multi-outlet hospitality operations.

Coordinates daily hotel rooms operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales. Responsibilities include room blocking, inventory and status reconciliation, out-of-order room recovery, housekeeping labor coordination, guest request dispatch, DND tracking, service recovery, and group or VIP room readiness. The role requires maintaining accurate PMS records, resolving operational discrepancies, and ensuring timely, high-quality guest service in a luxury hotel environment.

Leads financial reporting, technical accounting, audit readiness, consolidated reporting, and accounting policy development across multiple entities, joint ventures, and development projects. Oversees external audit support, reviews audit adjustments, researches complex transactions, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP. Provides technical guidance to accounting leadership and staff while partnering with Tax Compliance and independent auditors to strengthen controls, documentation, consolidation procedures, and reporting processes.

Welcome residents and guests, maintain safe and efficient arrival/departure flow, assist with transportation and luggage, provide building and local area information, and perform other assigned duties while working the overnight shift.

Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design across multiple projects from concept through construction. Collaborate with internal teams and consultants, review/redline drawings, manage FF&E and art programs, perform feasibility and constructability reviews, conduct product/finish research, draft in AutoCAD and 3D, and support construction administration including RFIs, submittals and punch lists. Lead full-cycle ADP Workforce Now implementation across multiple entities: manage project plan, configure HRIS/payroll modules, migrate data from Paycom, run testing/UAT, train users, ensure compliance, and provide post-go-live support.

Support senior development leadership across all project phases including underwriting, financial modeling, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, construction coordination, investor reporting, due diligence, and sourcing acquisition opportunities.

Support planning, design, coordination, construction, commissioning, and turnover of MEP systems across development projects. Assist senior PMs with design review, contractor oversight, shop drawing and change order review, commissioning, utility coordination, documentation, and handover while monitoring schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

Drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives, manage client relationships and contracts, analyze market and sales data, align with marketing, document activity in CRM, and uphold operational and brand standards to exceed hotel targets.

Perform day-to-day maintenance and preventive repairs across hotel areas, troubleshoot HVAC/plumbing/electrical issues, document work in maintenance systems, follow safety procedures, support events setup, and interact professionally with guests to ensure comfort and safety.

Lead and oversee all phases of real estate development projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, contracts, entitlements, financing, and stakeholder coordination. Manage multidisciplinary teams, review design and proformas, monitor costs and vendor performance, handle contract administration and closeouts, and support sourcing new development opportunities while reporting to senior management.

Support the sales team by qualifying leads, preparing proposals and contracts, managing client communications, building room blocks and reservations in sales and property systems, coordinating event details and BEOs, leading site tours, and liaising with finance and operations to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
