Support Co-CEO with financial analysis, valuation and projection model updates, investment presentation preparation, market research, performance analysis, and implementation of AI/technology tools. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines for real estate investments.

Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design across multiple projects from concept through construction. Collaborate with internal teams and consultants, review/redline drawings, manage FF&E and art programs, perform feasibility and constructability reviews, conduct product/finish research, draft in AutoCAD and 3D, and support construction administration including RFIs, submittals and punch lists. Work across office, property locations and active construction sites.

Perform general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms and public areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry, painting). Support major equipment checks, life-safety testing, preventative maintenance logging, and timely response to guest requests. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and report hazards to the Chief Engineer. Work flexible shifts to support a 24/7 hotel operation.
