Leads financial reporting, technical accounting, audit readiness, consolidated reporting, and accounting policy development across multiple entities, joint ventures, and development projects. Oversees external audit support, reviews audit adjustments, researches complex transactions, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP. Provides technical guidance to accounting leadership and staff while partnering with Tax Compliance and independent auditors to strengthen controls, documentation, consolidation procedures, and reporting processes.

Support VP/SVP to drive real estate development projects end-to-end: build and analyze financial models and budgets, underwrite proformas, coordinate design/construction, manage contracts and investor reporting, assist with due diligence, sourcing, and agency applications.

Lead accounting operations for development and operational portfolios, oversee month- and year-end close, reporting, audits, and compliance. Provide strategic financial analysis, advise executives on complex transactions, guide accounting integration for acquisitions/developments, drive process automation and controls, manage budgets/forecasts, and build departmental structure and talent.
