Design, build, test, and maintain front-end and server-side applications using JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js). Ensure responsive, high-quality code, debug issues, work across cloud environments and databases, and produce technical documentation.

Lead enterprise Service Desk and desktop support operations, manage endpoint lifecycle and workplace technology, enforce SLAs, drive continual service improvements, coordinate deployments, provide executive reporting, and foster a customer-focused support culture across geographically dispersed teams.

Lead RMF implementation and cybersecurity for DoD systems, manage eMASS documentation, conduct vulnerability and STIG compliance assessments, track POA&Ms, support ATO activities, integrate security across DevSecOps and cloud (Azure IL6), and serve as primary cybersecurity liaison with government stakeholders for classified and unclassified environments.

Lead DISA sustainment program execution as primary government interface. Oversee cost, schedule, staffing, quality, risk, Agile software sustainment, DevSecOps, cloud/infra, cybersecurity, Tier III support, CDRLs, IMS, subcontractors, and compliance with DoD/DISA standards to ensure on-time, on-budget mission support.

Lead delivery and modernization of enterprise voice, VTC, A/V, and mobile communications across NIPR/SIPR/JWICS. Oversee CUCM/SBC/VoIP operations, incident response, DISA STIG compliance, stakeholder engagement, and geographically dispersed technical teams to meet SLAs and service performance targets.

Manage and secure Windows and macOS laptop endpoints, implement and administer MDM (JAMF/Intune), run enterprise patching (BigFix), enforce federal endpoint baselines, monitor patch/compliance, collaborate with cybersecurity teams, troubleshoot enrollment and patch issues, and maintain documentation for audits and operational transparency.

Provide Tier II and Tier III IT support, manage incident resolution, and ensure exceptional customer service in a classified environment.

The Capture Manager will lead capture efforts, develop strategies, manage proposals, and build client relationships to secure new business.

Build scalable Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript/Node services, deploy on Kubernetes/AWS/Azure with CI/CD, implement AI governance and evaluation frameworks, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and support customer engagements and technical documentation.
