Lead design and delivery of an enterprise Agentic AI platform: architect production-grade LLM services, agent workflows, retrieval and vector search pipelines, and observability. Design, deploy, and maintain secure Azure-based cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines for classified environments. Ensure DoC compliance, lead security assessments and RMF documentation, implement IaC and container solutions, monitor system reliability, and support incident response for mission-critical data and ML applications.

Maintain and enhance the DoD JETS RF equipment database via data collection, validation, engineering analysis, rule development, and reporting. Use database tools to manage large datasets, support spectrum operations, ensure data integrity, coordinate with engineering/operations, and perform DB user testing and configuration management.

Lead enterprise IT operational risk management and RMF coordination for DCSA, maintain the enterprise Risk Register, provide executive-level risk reporting, ensure cybersecurity compliance, coordinate mitigations, facilitate governance reviews, and drive audit readiness and continual improvement.

Lead enterprise Service Desk and desktop support operations, manage endpoint lifecycle and workplace technology, enforce SLAs, drive continual service improvements, coordinate deployments, provide executive reporting, and foster a customer-focused support culture across geographically dispersed teams.

Lead delivery and modernization of enterprise voice, VTC, A/V, and mobile communications across NIPR/SIPR/JWICS. Oversee CUCM/SBC/VoIP operations, incident response, DISA STIG compliance, stakeholder engagement, and geographically dispersed technical teams to meet SLAs and service performance targets.

Provide Tier II and Tier III IT support, manage incident resolution, and ensure exceptional customer service in a classified environment.
