Build and maintain scalable Python backend systems (FastAPI, async), integrate with Postgres and Redis, implement observability and debugging, and architect interactions with LLMs to optimize cost, latency, and tool calls. Collaborate closely with product and founders and dogfood internal agent products.

Build and maintain core infrastructure components for an AI-driven software engineering platform. Work on control planes, server fleets, database proxies, release pipelines, and scalable systems to enable agents at enterprise scale. Innovate on new infrastructure to support fault-tolerant, low-latency, real-time service communication.

Build and maintain Exponent's user surface across web, CLI, and VSCode extensions. Own and develop core agents (e.g., Database, Code Review). Implement performant React/Next.js TypeScript frontends, real-time experiences, and terminal/CLI integrations.

Build and iterate on a platform for AI-powered software engineering agents. Implement full‑stack features, create specialized agents (e.g., Bugfix, SQL, Code Review), engage with customers, analyze usage data, and improve product reliability and trust through dogfooding and feedback.
