The Program Manager supports Product and Engineering through Agile planning, backlog readiness, dependency and risk tracking, delivery governance, KPI reporting, meeting facilitation, and process improvement. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains Jira dashboards, improves data quality and delivery predictability, and supports scalable workflows and automation across multiple product lines.

Provide Tier II technical support for CPQ software and ERP/CRM integrations. Diagnose SQL Server, web application, database, and integration issues; collaborate with Engineering and Professional Services; document root causes and resolutions; identify recurring problems; and improve support processes and customer experience. The role requires troubleshooting expertise, SQL knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft and web technologies, and strong communication skills. It is remote within the United States or Canada.

Lead CPQ implementations by running discovery workshops, designing solutions, creating user stories and estimates, configuring CPQ systems, integrating with ERP/CRM, resolving issues, collaborating across sales/product/support, and mentoring team members to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
