Provide end-to-end SD-WAN and underlay network support as a senior escalation SME. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for global connectivity offerings (DIA, Business Broadband, FWA, LEO). Define propositions, pricing, commercial guardrails and product data. Drive standardization across quoting, ordering, delivery, assurance and billing. Use customer, supplier and operational evidence, data, automation and AI to improve product economics, pricing and scalability. Own roadmap, launches, migrations and stakeholder alignment to deliver outcome-led connectivity offers with improved revenue, margins and operational predictability.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise customers for managed connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking, and security solutions. Build executive-level relationships, develop outbound pipeline, lead complex sales cycles, collaborate with pre-sales and product teams on proposals and RFPs, and consistently exceed new business revenue targets while managing accurate forecasts in Salesforce.

Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to simplify operations, improve visibility, and drive measurable business outcomes. Own delivery plans, governance, benefits tracking, Supplier 360 implementation, GTM Accelerate programme execution, process optimization, reporting improvements, automation prioritisation, and change adoption across global teams.

Manage monthly invoicing and accounts receivable tasks: prepare and post invoices, process credits, investigate and resolve disputes and upload issues, monitor portal uploads, coordinate with stakeholders, provide updates, and support team training.
