Drive identification, recruitment, onboarding and enablement of channel partners across EMEA to grow revenue. Build and nurture partner relationships, coordinate with marketing and cross-functional teams, support partner-led sales, and contribute to channel marketing research and strategy.

Support sales by maintaining back-office systems, preparing and validating customer quotations, coordinating internal teams, responding to sales queries, preparing reports and analysis, and assisting end-to-end quoting and ordering for internet and SD‑WAN opportunities.

Provide customer support by creating and managing technical and non-technical support cases for Expereo services. Verify orders, process supplier/customer maintenance communications, collaborate with network engineers on network and data communication systems, apply ITIL practices, and maintain high customer service standards while continuously developing technical skills.
