Provide end-to-end SD-WAN and underlay network support as a senior escalation SME. Troubleshoot L2/L3 incidents, analyse packet captures, configure SD-WAN policies and VPNs, engage customers, coordinate with ISPs/vendors, implement changes, and follow ITIL incident/problem/change processes while creating documentation and runbooks.

Own and evolve a global portfolio of connectivity products (DIA, Broadband, FWA, LEO). Define propositions, pricing, and commercial guardrails; improve margin, standardisation, delivery and service quality. Use customer, supplier and operational data, automation and AI to shape roadmap, simplify quoting/ordering/delivery/billing, and translate product decisions into requirements for Engineering, Data, UX and Operations.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise customers for managed connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking, and security solutions. Build executive-level relationships, develop outbound pipeline, lead complex sales cycles, collaborate with pre-sales and product teams on proposals and RFPs, and consistently exceed new business revenue targets while managing accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
