Lead Exostar's Security Intelligence and Operations team to manage security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and cloud security (Azure/M365). Oversee 24/7 operations via contractors, mature detection/IR capabilities, support audits/FedRAMP compliance, manage security tooling (SIEM, EDR, DLP), perform threat hunting, and coordinate across engineering, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to deliver enterprise Java applications. Design, develop, test, and migrate legacy systems to modern Java/Spring architectures, build integrations, ensure quality through unit tests and code reviews, support deployments and third-level support, and identify process and application improvements.

Lead global 24x7 production operations for Exostar SaaS: own uptime, incident response, SLOs, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cost-of-goods, vendor relationships, AIOps adoption, and cross-functional operating models while growing an automation-first DevOps team.

Lead a software engineering team building identity, credentialing, and supply-chain security features. Own technical quality, sprint delivery, architecture decisions, and engineering metrics. Champion AI-native development using Claude Code and Copilot, partner with product on roadmap execution, and grow/coach engineers in a regulated (FedRAMP/CMMC) environment.

Provide second-tier application support to customers under SLAs: troubleshoot and document issues, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, manage queues and escalations, follow SOPs, interact with Technical Operations/Development/vendors/QA, suggest process improvements, and provide rotating off-hours support for severity-one incidents.

The Senior Product Owner will develop software specifications, manage user stories and acceptance testing, prioritize activities, and collaborate with teams to deliver product features in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
