Develop and enhance full-stack automation and internal developer tools, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, write scripts and IaC, support monitoring and observability, participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies, and collaborate onsite to deliver reliable software.

Provide second-tier application support to customers under SLAs: troubleshoot and document issues, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, manage queues and escalations, follow SOPs, interact with Technical Operations/Development/vendors/QA, suggest process improvements, and provide rotating off-hours support for severity-one incidents.
