Build and operate Azure infrastructure across commercial and government environments. Responsibilities include Terraform-based infrastructure as code, GitHub Actions CI/CD, Azure networking and hybrid connectivity, identity and security, PowerShell/Python/Bash automation, SQL Server and Azure SQL support, monitoring, cost optimization, compliance, production troubleshooting, and on-call participation. Leads the Exostar Supply Chain product portfolio, including platform migration, product strategy, Marketplace development, enterprise capability delivery, customer validation, and lifecycle management. Lead a software engineering team building identity, credentialing, and supply-chain security features. Own technical quality, sprint delivery, architecture decisions, and engineering metrics. Champion AI-native development using Claude Code and Copilot, partner with product on roadmap execution, and grow/coach engineers in a regulated (FedRAMP/CMMC) environment.

Quota-driven SaaS Account Executive selling to Aerospace & Defense and federal customers. Provide second-tier application support to customers under SLAs: troubleshoot and document issues, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, manage queues and escalations, follow SOPs, interact with Technical Operations/Development/vendors/QA, suggest process improvements, and provide rotating off-hours support for severity-one incidents.
