Provides end-to-end IT support and systems administration, including employee onboarding and offboarding, access management, asset lifecycle management, hardware troubleshooting, office infrastructure, vendor coordination, and CCTV monitoring. Maintains Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, networks, servers, virtualization, and collaboration platforms. Supports Azure migrations, automation with PowerShell, procurement, process improvement, and daily IT operations for the India office.

Develop and maintain automated web, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test frameworks. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, perform performance and database validation, troubleshoot failures, and support shift-left quality practices. Manage test plans and traceability in Zephyr, evaluate AI-assisted testing tools such as Functionize, and collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and DevOps teams across Agile environments.

Analyzes sales performance, KPIs, pipeline, bookings, ARR, churn, and expansion trends; produces reports and dashboards; supports forecasting, capacity, territory, quota, and commission planning; administers sales and CRM tools; and develops sales enablement processes. The role collaborates across teams to improve sales productivity, forecast accuracy, communication, and business outcomes.
