Leads Exostar’s new product growth function, managing an innovation portfolio from customer discovery and prototyping through pilot launch and initial commercialization. The role oversees stage-gate decisions, two-sided marketplace strategy, customer advisory programs, budget allocation, AI-enabled discovery, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional launches. It also leads Product Managers, Product Designers, and engineers while reporting evidence-based recommendations to executives and the board.

Leads discovery and validation of new B2B SaaS product ideas through customer research, pricing tests, experiments, prototyping, and technical feasibility assessment. Defines two-sided marketplace value, product-led growth mechanics, and pilot programs, then prepares evidence-based gate recommendations. Partners with design, engineering, customers, and executives to develop validated products from concept through launch and ongoing product management.

Owns the roadmap, backlog, KPIs, requirements, sprint planning, releases, and customer adoption for a supply chain product area. Partners with engineering, customers, sales, support, and compliance to deliver B2B SaaS capabilities across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, manufacturing visibility, and logistics. Leads user acceptance testing, prioritizes defects, incorporates AI-enabled features, and addresses regulated aerospace and defense requirements.
