Read blueprints, measure to close tolerances, adjust machine controls, perform trial runs, resolve machining issues with engineering, and maintain a clean, safe work area across assigned shifts.

Drive sales growth and market expansion in a designated Southeast territory by prospecting, building relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and OEMs, closing deals, managing opportunities in CRM, attending trade shows, setting sales goals with management, handling customer issues, and supporting internal order/shipping processes. Up to 25% travel.
