Designs mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and systems for mobile heavy equipment attachments. Creates and maintains detailed component and assembly models, technical drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation. Tracks drafting project status, manages tasks assigned by Project Engineers, processes engineering changes, and collaborates with production and service teams on design updates. Occasional travel to job sites and supplier facilities is required.

Drive sales growth and market expansion in a designated Southeast territory by prospecting, building relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and OEMs, closing deals, managing opportunities in CRM, attending trade shows, setting sales goals with management, handling customer issues, and supporting internal order/shipping processes. Up to 25% travel.

Set up, program (G- and M-code), operate, and maintain CNC and manual mills/lathes to produce precision hydraulic attachment components. Read blueprints, measure to close tolerances, adjust machine controls, perform trial runs, resolve machining issues with engineering, and maintain a clean, safe work area across assigned shifts.
