Program, maintain, and improve CNC machining processes and tooling. Create and store CNC programs, support production troubleshooting and setup, develop jigs/fixtures, generate MRP routings, perform time studies, and lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives to optimize throughput and quality.

Set up, program (G- and M-code), operate, and maintain CNC and manual mills/lathes to produce precision hydraulic attachment components. Read blueprints, measure to close tolerances, adjust machine controls, perform trial runs, resolve machining issues with engineering, and maintain a clean, safe work area across assigned shifts.
