Supports financial planning and analysis through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting. Partners with Accounting during month-end close, analyzes financial and operational data using Excel and SQL, prepares dashboards and executive summaries, and improves reporting processes through workflow automation. Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to provide performance insights and recommendations while supporting financial planning system enhancements.

Administers bankruptcy accounts by reviewing filings, maintaining and reconciling records, processing servicing actions, monitoring case activity, and completing required documentation. Communicates with customers, attorneys, trustees, vendors, and internal teams to resolve account issues. Supports loan modifications, payment deferrals, defaults, repossessions, charge-offs, audits, and regulatory compliance while maintaining accurate and timely account servicing.

Administers enterprise job scheduling and orchestration platforms to maintain high availability and operational stability. Monitors workflows, troubleshoots job failures, manages file transfers and encryption, supports data operations, and participates in 24/7 on-call coverage. Collaborates with developers, operations, vendors, and project managers to improve scheduling solutions and performance. Maintains IT risk, incident, problem, and change management controls while documenting work and mentoring junior staff.
