Support CPIC and IT Portfolio Management by performing portfolio analysis, data consolidation, reporting, dashboard development, and stakeholder coordination. Lead business development and capture efforts for DoD and Intelligence Community markets. Develop multi-year growth strategy, qualify opportunities, serve as capture lead, drive proposal and pricing strategy, cultivate senior client and partner relationships, and align internal delivery capabilities to achieve revenue and pipeline targets.

Lead integration of technology into information systems, design data warehouse and BI capabilities, define data architecture and dictionaries, centralize disparate data, design dashboards, document system architecture, perform data quality and management, and provide solution engineering, pilots, and enablement for analytics and resource management.
