Designs and maintains interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools. Collaborates with analysts, engineers, and business teams to improve data accessibility, usability, and dashboard performance.

Serve as a hands-on technical lead managing cloud environments, servers, Microsoft enterprise systems, networking, security controls, automation, compliance, backups, and corporate IT support. Develop scripts, administer endpoints and identities, support CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 compliance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, coordinate vendors, and maintain secure separation across multiple affiliated companies.

Develops and delivers training materials, e-learning, presentations, SOPs, job aids, user guides, and knowledge-base content. Lead PMO activities for a federal IT support services program: plan and track projects, manage deliverables, risks, issues, reporting, governance, SLA/KPI monitoring, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination across technical and support teams.

Lead business development and capture efforts for DoD and Intelligence Community markets. Develop multi-year growth strategy, qualify opportunities, serve as capture lead, drive proposal and pricing strategy, cultivate senior client and partner relationships, and align internal delivery capabilities to achieve revenue and pipeline targets.

Operate and evolve CORAS cloud infrastructure in AWS GovCloud, support production reliability and performance, administer RHEL systems, handle containerized workloads, assist deployments, follow security/compliance (FedRAMP/NIST/STIGs), participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with engineering and security teams.

Sell CORAS decision management software to DoD and federal agencies (U.S. Navy, PEOs, Pentagon). Help develop processes, policies, tools, and criteria for CPIC/TBM implementation, monitor investments, prepare artifacts and presentations, and support federal reviews (FedStat, PortfolioStat, IDC, TechStat, FITARA) across USDA.

Design and present end-to-end AI, automation, and decision-management solutions for government clients. Architect secure cloud and low-code integrations, lead technical discovery, build demos/POCs using HT Navigator AI, and support pre-sales, proposals, and client workshops to drive adoption and value.

Sell enterprise decision-intelligence and AI-enabled software to the Department of the Navy. Develop account strategies, build executive relationships across NAVAIR/NAVSEA/OPNAV/USMC, generate pipeline, run discovery/demos/pilots, navigate Navy acquisition vehicles (SEWP, OTA, GSA, SBIR Phase III), forecast in CRM, and exceed annual bookings targets.

Lead integration of technology into information systems, design data warehouse and BI capabilities, define data architecture and dictionaries, centralize disparate data, design dashboards, document system architecture, perform data quality and management, and provide solution engineering, pilots, and enablement for analytics and resource management.

Lead IT portfolio optimization efforts including strategic planning, enterprise architecture, portfolio rationalization, capital planning, cost estimation, and governance. Coordinate end-to-end proposal development: create schedules, compliance matrices, outlines and storyboards; manage writers and reviewers; ensure compliance, responsiveness, and on-time delivery while engaging stakeholders across departments.

Lead capture efforts for federal opportunities: develop capture strategies, perform competitive analysis, maintain pipeline and stage-gate reviews, engage teaming partners, coordinate resources, and support proposal development and reviews. Focus on Health IT, Homeland Security, and Defense markets to grow existing and new accounts.
