Provide onsite and remote desktop support for Windows and Apple devices, handle IMAC tasks, troubleshoot hardware/software, support executive users, manage hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, printers and AV setup, maintain asset inventory and reporting, coordinate shipments and vendor repairs, and assist with onboarding and walk-up support.

Coordinate and manage IT service transitions using ITIL practices: plan timelines, onboard/offboard services, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, manage risks, maintain documentation, ensure service readiness and compliance, and produce transition reports and trackers.

Manage and nurture subcontractor partner relationships across countries; negotiate and maintain contracts and rate cards; monitor partner KPIs and service quality; resolve escalations; source and onboard new partners; drive cost control and continuous improvement.
