Provide L2 onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple devices across Barcelona, handling IMAC, advanced troubleshooting, OS deployment, printer and AV support, asset tagging, CMDB updates, inventory tracking, warranty coordination, and new-hire onboarding while following ITIL processes.

Provide Level 2 remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and networks. Troubleshoot escalated incidents, manage devices via Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, support Azure AD/Microsoft 365 accounts, assist with patch management and security policies, monitor alerts per SLAs, document resolutions, and collaborate with Level 3/infrastructure teams for complex issues.

Provide onsite and remote Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and Microsoft 365/Windows environments. Install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software (Windows 10/11, Windows 365, Intune), manage IT assets and user accounts, document incidents, maintain knowledge base, support deployments and office moves, and collaborate with IT teams to meet SLAs.
