Review and verify loan files (construction, commercial, mortgage, SBA, consumer) for policy and compliance prior to funding; coordinate with title/escrow, attorneys, appraisers and departments; process fundings/disbursements (ACH, wire, cashier's checks); issue payoffs and maintain loan tracking and audit/examination follow-up.

Perform centralized back-office banking operations including mail and foreign item processing, verification of deposits, callbacks (stop payments, holds, maintenance), chargebacks, dormant account management, levies, ATM deposit fraud review, reconciliations, and support for branches and escalations.

Maintain and secure bank servers, network infrastructure, VDI environments and backups; provide Level 3 support and on-call escalation; implement projects, perform patching, SAN assistance, disaster recovery testing, and technical documentation.

Provide PC and network support including hardware/software installation, troubleshooting peripherals, VPN/MFA and Active Directory support, desktop imaging, mobile device support, ticketing, and end-user training for bank employees.

The Insurance Coordinator manages insurance-related activities, verifies coverage, maintains records, monitors exceptions, and liaises with insurance providers to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

The Special Assets Officer manages complex problem loans, oversees workouts, bankruptcies, liquidations, and ensures compliance with laws and bank policies to maximize recoveries.
