Provides business analysis and process improvement support across bank departments. Analyzes workflows, business needs, systems, and operational trends; documents requirements, business cases, processes, and project deliverables. Administers banking applications, supports system integration and access controls, creates reports, performs regression and scenario testing, and recommends technology-enabled efficiencies. Maintains business impact and continuity documents and may lead small projects.

Provide first-line IT support by documenting and resolving ITSM tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software/peripherals, performing system administration (email, OS), onboarding users, using help desk and knowledge-base tools, communicating status to users and management, escalating to higher-level support, and completing special projects.

The Special Assets Officer manages complex problem loans, oversees workouts, bankruptcies, liquidations, and ensures compliance with laws and bank policies to maximize recoveries.

Maintain and secure bank servers, network infrastructure, VDI environments and backups; provide Level 3 support and on-call escalation; implement projects, perform patching, SAN assistance, disaster recovery testing, and technical documentation.

The Insurance Coordinator manages insurance-related activities, verifies coverage, maintains records, monitors exceptions, and liaises with insurance providers to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
