Maintain and secure bank servers, network infrastructure, VDI environments and backups; provide Level 3 support and on-call escalation; implement projects, perform patching, SAN assistance, disaster recovery testing, and technical documentation.

The Insurance Coordinator manages insurance-related activities, verifies coverage, maintains records, monitors exceptions, and liaises with insurance providers to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Support the Controller by managing daily accounting operations, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, AP, fixed assets and accruals; prepare financial statements and regulatory filings (Call Reports, FDIC, escheatment); supervise accounting and wire teams; support audits, internal controls/FDICIA testing, financial analysis, budgeting, and process improvements.

Partner with managers as a trusted HR resource handling employee relations, performance management, recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits guidance, HR compliance, reporting/metrics, and process improvements to enhance employee experience. Hybrid role based in Santa Rosa, CA.

Provide first-line IT support by documenting and resolving ITSM tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software/peripherals, performing system administration (email, OS), onboarding users, using help desk and knowledge-base tools, communicating status to users and management, escalating to higher-level support, and completing special projects.

The Special Assets Officer manages complex problem loans, oversees workouts, bankruptcies, liquidations, and ensures compliance with laws and bank policies to maximize recoveries.
