The Special Assets Officer manages complex problem loans, oversees workouts, bankruptcies, liquidations, and ensures compliance with laws and bank policies to maximize recoveries.

Design, develop, and deploy automation, AI-driven tools, pipelines, and SharePoint/Power Platform solutions to streamline bank processes. Support and secure on-premises and cloud (Azure/AWS) infrastructure, perform maintenance, troubleshooting, DR testing, and provide escalation/on-call support while partnering with IT and business leaders to prioritize automation and compliance.

The Insurance Coordinator manages insurance-related activities, verifies coverage, maintains records, monitors exceptions, and liaises with insurance providers to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Provide PC and network support including hardware/software installation, troubleshooting peripherals, VPN/MFA and Active Directory support, desktop imaging, mobile device support, ticketing, and end-user training for bank employees.
