Lead financial operations across factory and HQ, drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance and cost/margin improvement. Provide financial guidance for investments, treasury and risk management, manage relationships with bankers/auditors/tax authorities, and lead a team of financial analysts to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage 200 Evolution. Configure systems, manage data migration, testing, UAT and go-live, provide end-user training and documentation, troubleshoot issues, coordinate customizations with technical teams, support month-end/year-end processes, maintain project documentation, and ensure timely, quality delivery while building strong client relationships.
