Defines testing strategies, standards, quality metrics, and release-readiness criteria while managing testing across Agile BI projects. Performs root-cause analysis, coordinates with technical and business stakeholders, improves QA processes, and coaches high-performing teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure managed services and transformation programs across cloud, data center, network, security, workplace and platform operations. Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, ITIL-based service management, incident/problem/change processes, delivery governance, P&L ownership, client executive engagement, practice development, innovation, automation, and support for pre-sales and contract negotiations.

Design, build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines and data warehouses. Troubleshoot production issues, write and optimize complex SQL, implement data security, monitor storage/processing, support cross-functional teams, and apply data science and AI/ML familiarity to data engineering solutions.

Design, implement, and manage Azure-based CI/CD pipelines and IaC. Automate builds, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning. Manage Azure infrastructure (App Services, AKS, VMs, Storage), integrate testing and security scans, enforce Git branching strategies, troubleshoot releases/environments, and monitor system reliability and scalability.

Lead design, development, and support of Oracle EBS (R12/11i) finance and order-management solutions. Develop RICE components, perform performance tuning and troubleshooting, manage environments and system clones, support SOX/compliance, integrate third-party interfaces, and collaborate with business and IT for requirements, testing, and deployments.

Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise HCL Commerce eCommerce applications. Customize Catalog, Orders, Pricing, Promotions, Payments, and Search. Build integrations (ERP/CRM/OMS/payment gateways) via REST/SOAP, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, support upgrades/migrations, collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and cloud deployments, and mentor junior developers.
