Manages mission-critical data center physical security design projects from kickoff through closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, conducting site assessments, preparing Revit and CSI contract documents, performing QA/QC, supporting construction administration, reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and ensuring security systems meet client requirements and applicable standards.

Designs ICT and low-voltage systems for construction and renovation projects, including structured cabling, wireless networks, DAS, ERCES, audiovisual, and nurse call systems. Produces Revit and AutoCAD construction documents, specifications, and design reports; coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients; supports site surveys, bidding, construction administration, and closeout. Performs QA/QC, stays current with industry standards, mentors junior designers, and applies AI and automation to improve project delivery.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional AEC roles, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, hiring manager collaboration, offer coordination, ATS maintenance, and pipeline development. The role also supports recruiting analytics, process improvement, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows while ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support internal AI-enabled web applications, APIs, dashboards, and workflow automations. Lead QA automation, integrate systems, establish engineering and deployment standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and govern responsible AI use.
