Manage mission-critical data center physical security design projects from kickoff through closeout. Lead multidisciplinary coordination, client meetings, site surveys, Revit/BIM contract documents, QA/QC, schedules, budgets, construction administration, and deliverable reviews to ensure scope, schedule, and quality are met.

Design and deliver ICT and low-voltage systems (structured cabling, wireless, DAS, ERCES, audiovisual, nurse call) for new and renovation projects. Produce Revit/AutoCAD construction documents, specifications, and design narratives; perform site surveys, client coordination, QA/QC, construction administration, and mentor junior designers while supporting project lifecycle and interdisciplinary BIM coordination.

Lead and transform marketing into a strategic, data-driven growth engine. Own brand positioning, digital channels, analytics/KPIs, competitive intelligence, and team development to drive measurable revenue growth and market visibility in A/E and technology-enabled services.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support internal AI-enabled web applications, APIs, dashboards, and workflow automations. Lead QA automation, integrate systems, establish engineering and deployment standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and govern responsible AI use.

Support People & Culture daily operations: maintain HRIS records, assist full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, ensure HR compliance, handle benefits and associate inquiries, coordinate training and engagement, manage merchandise shipments, and provide administrative support.
