Uses AI, automation, analytics, LinkedIn, job boards, and Microsoft 365 tools to support efficient recruiting.

Oversee project financial performance, revenue forecasting, project setup governance, billing accuracy, profitability, and financial reporting. Administer Deltek Vantagepoint, establish project accounting standards, approve configurations, lead system enhancements, and train project managers. Use AI and automation to improve forecasting, reporting, data validation, and accounting workflows while supporting audits and financial controls.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support internal AI-enabled web applications, APIs, dashboards, and workflow automations. Lead QA automation, integrate systems, establish engineering and deployment standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and govern responsible AI use.
