Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional AEC roles, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, hiring manager collaboration, offer coordination, ATS maintenance, and pipeline development. The role also supports recruiting analytics, process improvement, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows while ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

Oversee project accounting, financial performance, revenue forecasting, billing accuracy, profitability, and reporting. Administer Deltek Vantagepoint, establish project setup governance, improve financial controls, and lead system enhancements, training, automation, and AI-enabled process improvements. Partner with project managers and leadership to identify financial risks, improve forecasts, support audits, and strengthen project accounting practices.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support internal AI-enabled web applications, APIs, dashboards, and workflow automations. Lead QA automation, integrate systems, establish engineering and deployment standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and govern responsible AI use.
