Manage mission-critical data center physical security design projects from kickoff through closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality assurance, client meetings, field surveys, Revit and CSI contract documents, construction administration, assessments, and QA/QC reviews. The role requires expertise in low-voltage, ICT, physical security, BIM coordination, and related standards, along with proficiency in Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Revit, BIM 360, and emerging AI-enabled workflows.

Coordinates software development, AI, automation, systems integration, and operational improvement projects. Maintains schedules, milestones, dependencies, documentation, action items, and dashboards; coordinates resources, vendors, and contractors; supports Agile software development, sprint planning, testing, and releases; prepares status reports; communicates risks and decisions; and improves project delivery processes.
