Provide commercial legal support for a fintech: draft, review, and negotiate commercial and SaaS contracts; support corporate governance and entity management; assist with regulatory/licensing, data protection, AML/KYC, and consumer protection; develop policies and templates; provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders.

Manage and grow relationships with HNWI, family offices, asset managers and institutional clients. Prospect new markets, negotiate agreements, resolve trade and margin issues, oversee account funding and delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement client solutions. Develop strategic plans, analyze market trends, and report on KPIs to support business development and client retention.

Run and grow EXANTE's multi-asset principal trading book: provide liquidity versus client flow, internalise and hedge inventory, implement trading strategies, onboard counterparties and venues, design risk limits with Risk, coordinate securities financing and desk cooperation, ensure best-execution and conflict management, and recruit/scale the trading team with full P&L accountability.

Lead commercial strategy for EXANTE's wealth segment with full P&L ownership. Define pricing, segment clients, benchmark competitors, develop targeted products, optimize costs and customer economics, run pricing experiments with Technology, and coordinate across Sales, Compliance, Risk, Treasury and Product to drive measurable revenue uplift.

Run and develop the firm's principal multi-asset trading book: provide liquidity against client flow, manage inventory and hedges, design and operate risk limits, onboard counterparties and venues, cooperate with stock lending, options and fixed income desks, and build a trading team while ensuring regulatory compliance and P&L responsibility.

Serve as the firm's named CySEC-registered Compliance Officer owning the compliance framework, risk assessments, monitoring programme, regulatory liaison, governance reporting, advisory and training. Lead responses to CySEC/ESMA developments and inspections, challenge business units, present Annual Compliance Reports to the Board, and ensure compliance with MiFID II, Cyprus Investment Services law, and related regulations.
