Manage and grow relationships with HNWI, family offices, asset managers and institutional clients. Prospect new markets, negotiate agreements, resolve trade and margin issues, oversee account funding and delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement client solutions. Develop strategic plans, analyze market trends, and report on KPIs to support business development and client retention.

Run and develop EXANTE's multi-asset principal trading book: provide liquidity against client flow, internalise exposures, manage inventory and hedging, design risk limits and monitoring, onboard counterparties and venues, coordinate with stock lending, operations, treasury and other desks, and hire/scale the trading team while ensuring regulatory compliance and best-execution.

Run and grow EXANTE's multi-asset principal trading book: provide liquidity versus client flow, internalise and hedge inventory, implement trading strategies, onboard counterparties and venues, design risk limits with Risk, coordinate securities financing and desk cooperation, ensure best-execution and conflict management, and recruit/scale the trading team with full P&L accountability.
