Research, design, and backtest quantitative trading strategies across asset classes and frequencies; develop alpha, risk, and execution models; analyze large market datasets; evaluate DeFi protocols; collaborate with engineers to deploy and monitor live strategies; perform attribution and propose improvements.

Act as primary client contact handling inquiries via email, chat, and phone within SLAs. Diagnose and resolve client issues, liaise with internal teams for complex cases, maintain product knowledge, update documentation, and provide feedback to improve service and retention.

Assess candidate applications and business plans, ensure quality during onboarding of Relationship Managers, evaluate early performance and flag risks/outliers, identify potential future RMs, and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reporting to keep sales quality visible across the function.
