Build Evvy's fertility go-to-market: create sales playbook, train and educate providers, own revenue and full sales cycle, drive adoption across fertility clinics, gather clinical feedback to inform product and commercial strategy, and represent Evvy at industry events.

Lead and grow a small ML team to turn Evvy's vaginal microbiome dataset into validated, product-ready diagnostic and prognostic models. Drive technical quality, roadmap planning, cross-functional translation, model validation and deployment readiness, hiring, and day-to-day team management.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data infrastructure and ETL pipelines; develop data models and semantic layer; enable self-service analytics and BI; perform advanced analyses (LTV, retention, lab operations, clinical efficacy); champion data governance, documentation, and version control; integrate AI/LLMs to improve analytics workflows.
