Leads finance and People functions at a growing healthcare startup. Responsibilities include FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, capital strategy, investor relations, accounting oversight, ERP and inventory system implementation, financial infrastructure, cash management, and People operations. Partners with the CEO and board on fundraising, compensation, planning, and company performance while managing lean finance and People teams.

Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from thesis through execution, acting as a general manager for new products, channels, markets, or verticals. Develop recommendations through market sizing and competitive analysis, support company planning and KPI systems, resolve organizational friction, and provide leverage to the CEO through investor relations, board materials, and other executive priorities. The role requires strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional execution skills in an ambiguous startup environment.

Own partner experience for clinic and practitioner partners post-sale. Lead onboarding, build relationships, resolve operational issues, design scalable workflows and partner assets, coordinate events, and work cross-functionally to improve adoption and partner satisfaction.
