Leads complex multidisciplinary engineering and consulting projects from kickoff through closeout. Responsibilities include managing scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, invoices, risks, change processes, client relationships, technical teams, and external stakeholders. The role also mentors project managers, drives process improvements, and ensures documentation and deliverables meet client and organizational standards.

Own and evolve EVS Labs’ AWS cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, monitoring, security, and reliability practices. Manage AWS services, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, secrets, identity integrations, and production incident response. Partner with development teams, establish platform standards, automate operational processes, and support scalable, secure software delivery using Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

Supports U.S. and India HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, employee records, Workday transactions, benefits, payroll coordination, leave administration, compliance, employee relations, immigration documentation, and HR reporting. Responds to employee inquiries, maintains confidential records, supports audits and policy updates, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and attention to detail.

The Power Studies Engineer will perform advanced electrical system modeling and analysis, support project execution, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver power system studies.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of substation design projects. Manage budgets, schedules, quality control, client communication, documentation, change orders, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting proposal efforts.
