Supports project financial management through project setup, contract administration, billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, and client payment follow-up. Reviews timesheets and work in progress, resolves billing discrepancies, maintains financial records, and coordinates month-end processes. The role also trains project administrators, supports subconsultant onboarding, facilitates process meetings, and improves project administration workflows across multiple projects.

Leads complex multidisciplinary engineering and consulting projects from kickoff through closeout. Responsibilities include managing scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, invoices, risks, change processes, client relationships, technical teams, and external stakeholders. The role also mentors project managers, drives process improvements, and ensures documentation and deliverables meet client and organizational standards.

The Power Studies Engineer will perform advanced electrical system modeling and analysis, support project execution, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver power system studies.
