Lead a cross-functional engineering and QA team to build and maintain an AI Enablement Platform. Own technical strategy, design and deliver scalable C#/.NET and Node.js APIs and integration layers, modernize legacy systems, define API and governance standards, ensure security, observability and CI/CD, handle production incidents, and mentor engineers to accelerate AI integrations.

Own end-to-end backend quality: functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Test and validate APIs and data integrity, execute load/stress/scalability tests, analyze logs and monitoring, define quality KPIs, report and track defects, and improve QA processes and tools while collaborating with developers and product teams.

The Data QA Engineer will validate ETL processes, develop testing scripts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality in a BI environment.
