Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise networking and datacenter environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. Responsibilities include LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall, load balancing, AWS networking, routing, switching, network automation, incident response, upgrades, documentation, and on-call production support. The role collaborates with infrastructure, cloud, security, architecture, and application teams while leading projects and improving network reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Own frontend quality across the development lifecycle, including requirements review, test strategy, manual and exploratory testing, production monitoring, incident investigation, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with agile teams to identify risks, validate complex business logic, perform API and data investigations, and contribute to automation and quality tooling. Experience with monitoring systems, SQL, REST APIs, browser debugging, and live-environment validation is required.

Leads Data Platform, Backend, and Infrastructure engineering teams. Defines data engineering strategy, manages and develops engineers and QA staff, oversees delivery, and supports hiring. Owns scalable batch and real-time pipelines, data platforms, backend solutions, monitoring, observability, incident management, cloud optimization, and infrastructure costs. Partners with stakeholders to build and operate mission-critical data ecosystems using modern warehousing, data lake, governance, architecture, and distributed processing technologies.
