Fullstack Developer (2 years)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who combines strong engineering fundamentals with an AI-enabled approach to software development.

You will design, build, and operate production-grade applications using C#/.NET and Node.js/TypeScript on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend.

This is a senior hands-on role. You will influence technical decisions, improve engineering practices, mentor other developers, and take ownership from design through production.

A key expectation is strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools. AI should be part of your everyday workflow—helping you design solutions, write and review code, create tests, debug issues, document decisions, and automate repetitive work—while you remain accountable for the quality of what is shipped.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build robust backend services and APIs using C#/.NET and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Develop modern user experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Own features and services from technical design through production.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing quality, scalability, security, and speed.
• Diagnose complex technical and production issues.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
• Mentor engineers and raise standards through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Platform, and other engineering teams.

AI-Enabled Engineering

AI proficiency is an important expectation of this role.

• Use modern AI coding assistants, agents, and LLM-based development tools as part of your daily workflow.
• Apply AI across design, implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review.
• Use AI to automate repetitive engineering work and increase development throughput.
• Provide effective context and instructions that enable AI tools to work with complex codebases.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Understand the limitations and risks of AI-generated code.
• Experiment with new AI engineering tools and share effective practices with the wider team.

We are particularly interested in engineers who can demonstrate how AI has meaningfully improved the way they work, rather than simply having used an AI coding assistant.

• Are an experienced full-stack engineer who remains strongly hands-on.
• Have deep expertise in at least one area of the stack and can work confidently across the others.
• Can turn ambiguous requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Take ownership of outcomes rather than individual tickets.
• Care about engineering quality while maintaining a strong delivery mindset.
• Are curious about new technologies and continuously improve how you work.
• Have incorporated AI deeply into your engineering workflow.
• Can mentor others and communicate technical decisions clearly. Experience with high-scale distributed systems, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, developer tooling, or production LLM/AI integrations is a plus.

Core Technical Skills

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET.
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Experience designing APIs and distributed backend services.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and engineering best practices.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, containers, observability, and production operations.
• Good understanding of application security and performance.
