Support a multi-country payroll transformation across EMEA and APAC using PeopleSoft HCM. Analyze and redesign payroll and benefits processes, configure PeopleSoft 9.2, coordinate vendor integrations, perform SQL-based troubleshooting, and collaborate with developers, vendors, and business users. Prepare functional specifications, design documents, test scripts, and test plans, while supporting integration and user acceptance testing, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.

Designs and maintains enterprise ontologies, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and semantic models using semantic web standards. Builds knowledge frameworks that support data interoperability, knowledge graphs, semantic search, and AI applications. Maps business terminology to industry models, collaborates with AI engineers and subject matter experts, translates competency questions into ontology models, and documents governance processes while ensuring quality, consistency, scalability, and compliance.

Leads the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Snowflake data platforms, cloud data warehouses, lakehouses, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. Defines data architecture, modeling, governance, security, quality, observability, and engineering standards. Oversees legacy warehouse migrations, performance and cost optimization, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and monitoring. Partners with architects, data scientists, BI teams, product owners, and business stakeholders while mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions across projects.
