Manage a book of enterprise/mid-market customers as primary post-sale contact to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Lead onboarding, configure solutions to meet compliance/insurance requirements, conduct business reviews, forecast account health, and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve issues and improve CS processes.
