Oversee data collection, quality, pipelines, dashboards, and analytics for field pilots in the In-Line Chlorination program. Design survey tools, train and supervise data collection staff, troubleshoot data issues, build operational dashboards, integrate findings into weekly planning, and communicate actionable insights to technical and field teams. The role is based in Mbale, Uganda, with more than 50% field travel.

Build and deploy standalone responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript dashboards replacing Power BI for government water programs. Integrate REST/JSON APIs and Google Sheets CSV feeds, create configurable indicators and data schemas, ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility, support government deployment, document the system, conduct demos, and transfer knowledge to operations teams over a six-month consultancy.

Build and own an HTML, JavaScript, and Chart.js dashboard integrated with Andhra Pradesh government systems. Translate government requirements into technical specifications, coordinate data feeds with vendors and internal teams, resolve JSON/API and data-matching issues, and support IIS hosting, iframe embedding, and security-policy configuration. The role also manages stakeholder coordination, approval cycles, integration plans, reporting, and troubleshooting. It is based in Vijayawada, requires Telugu and English fluency, and involves regular travel across Andhra Pradesh and periodic Delhi travel.

Leads the central accounting function, including global close, multi-entity consolidation, cost allocations, US GAAP reporting, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, donor reporting, and treasury support. Manages accounting staff and develops finance talent. Owns accounting systems such as Sage Intacct and Tipalti, while applying automation and AI to improve financial accuracy, efficiency, and control.

Lead qualitative and quantitative MLE activities for a 12-month KMC pilot: design and conduct FGDs/KIIs, manage data collection/logistics, ensure data quality, run checks and analyses, compile reports, supervise enumerators, liaise with MoH, and translate facility data into actionable program recommendations.

The Regional Coordinator will support implementation of the Anemia Mukt Bharat iron and folic acid supplementation program across eight to nine Andhra Pradesh districts. Responsibilities include government advocacy, district coordination, supply-chain monitoring, training and IEC rollout, field visits, staff supervision, data analysis, reporting, and corrective action planning. The role requires extensive travel, engagement with senior health and education officials, and coordination with state teams to strengthen program systems and improve child and community health outcomes.

Supports policy research, government engagement, and evidence-based advocacy in Nigeria’s public health and development sectors. Responsibilities include researching policies, preparing briefs and presentations, coordinating and hosting government meetings, maintaining stakeholder databases and engagement trackers, drafting correspondence, documenting outcomes, monitoring policy developments, and supporting reporting and case studies. The role also provides administrative assistance, collaborates across teams, and represents Evidence Action professionally with government and external stakeholders.

Executes Evidence Action’s Africa regional strategy by translating priorities and OKRs into work plans, tracking milestones, risks, and performance, and preparing dashboards and briefing materials for senior leadership. Coordinates planning cycles, governance meetings, special projects, country-entry activities, risk registers, and cross-functional collaboration across nine countries. The role requires strong analysis, project management, communication, judgment, and independent execution without formal authority over regional leaders.

Maintain accurate books using Tally and accounting software, process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, reconcile vendor accounts and GST input tax, ensure statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax), review expense reports, assist month-end and audit processes, and support Finance Manager with reporting and process improvements.

The role involves designing and scaling people operations, improving recruitment processes, maintaining high talent density, developing performance systems, and fostering a positive culture for an AI initiative focused on alleviating poverty in low-income countries.

Lead a portfolio of early-stage global health interventions through evidence-driven stage-gates. Critically assess research, build and pressure-test cost-effectiveness and epidemiological models, design and run lean field learning, cultivate partnerships with researchers, implementers, governments, and donors, secure resourcing with Growth and Program teams, represent Evidence Action externally, and strengthen methods, AI-enabled workflows, and mentor junior staff. Role includes up to 25% international travel and reports to the Accelerator Director.

Lead a portfolio of early-stage global health interventions through Evidence Action's Accelerator: assess evidence and cost-effectiveness, design and run lean field learning, build stakeholder alignment, draft investment cases, collaborate across teams, and mentor analysts to advance or stop candidate programs.

Lead programmatic strategy, build teams, and scale AI-enabled Agriculture or Health portfolios in LMICs. Design rigorous pilots, develop open-source playbooks, steward partnerships with AI labs, governments, and funders, and drive fundraising and measurement to achieve population-level impact at national scale.
