Lead a portfolio of early-stage global health interventions through Evidence Action's Accelerator: assess evidence and cost-effectiveness, design and run lean field learning, build stakeholder alignment, draft investment cases, collaborate across teams, and mentor analysts to advance or stop candidate programs.

This role involves architecting finance and operations for a new AI-focused organization, managing financial systems, compliance, and external partnerships, while ensuring scalability and operational excellence.

Lead the design and execution of the Agriculture portfolio, focusing on AI-enabled weather forecasting for smallholder farmers. Build partnerships with governments and delivery partners, oversee program scaling, and ensure high-quality delivery of AI-driven services.

Represent Evidence Action at divisional and district levels to support IFA and NDD programs. Provide technical assistance, coordinate with government officials, oversee supply chain and training rollouts, monitor field implementation, manage short-term consultants, ensure data reporting, prepare action plans, and travel frequently across assigned districts to strengthen program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Lead strategy and program design for 2AI India, drive cross-functional strategic projects, provide executive support to the India Director, coordinate global and local teams, manage government and partner relationships, conduct analysis and recommendations, and champion AI tool adoption and training.

Manage and oversee decentralized state finance teams, ensuring accurate expense booking in Tally, statutory compliance (TDS/GST/RCM), audit-ready documentation, monthly closings, MIS reporting, and capacity building across 7-9 state offices. Coordinate with Head Office on payments, drive process improvements, and conduct trainings and periodic reviews.

Lead Evidence Action's Health & Nutrition program in Rajasthan, owning government engagement, strategy, budgets, supply chain, training, monitoring, and a state team. Drive transition to a government-run ATA model, ensure program quality and targets, expand portfolio, and represent EAII with stakeholders while managing documentation and in-state travel (~40%).

Lead national community engagement for Safe Water Project: design and implement SBC/IEC strategies, coordinate field teams and government stakeholders, oversee capacity-building and ToT, monitor community feedback and outcomes, manage vendors/ISAs, and document learnings to drive adoption and sustainability across states.

Lead qualitative and quantitative MLE activities for a 12-month KMC pilot: design and conduct FGDs/KIIs, manage data collection/logistics, ensure data quality, run checks and analyses, compile reports, supervise enumerators, liaise with MoH, and translate facility data into actionable program recommendations.

Oversee the In-Line Chlorination Innovation Team, design and execute field pilots, manage data reliability, and document findings for scaling innovations in safe drinking water access.

Lead global MLE strategy for MMS and IFA programs: design M&E frameworks, oversee large-scale primary data collection and analysis, drive implementation research, advise regional teams and donors, support scale-up decisions, manage budgets and a direct report, and translate evidence into program adaptations.

The role involves designing and scaling people operations, improving recruitment processes, maintaining high talent density, developing performance systems, and fostering a positive culture for an AI initiative focused on alleviating poverty in low-income countries.
