Provide legal and regulatory advice across payments, fintech, technology, e-commerce, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI. Serve independently as Data Protection Officer, overseeing GDPR compliance, DPIAs, data subject requests, breaches, training, and supervisory authority engagement. Draft and negotiate technology, privacy, software, and payments contracts; develop internal policies; monitor regulatory developments; and collaborate with product, technology, compliance, and risk teams. The role also includes stakeholder guidance, risk assessment, negotiation, and mentoring junior legal professionals.

Lead sales and business development for EveryPay's fintech payments products: generate and qualify leads, develop proposals, grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell, identify new markets, collaborate cross-functionally for customer operational excellence, and meet KPIs tied to annual revenue strategy.

Hands-on Product Manager/Product Owner for card payments and scheme management. Lead merchant onboarding, activation, and operational tooling improvements. Translate business, compliance, and technical needs into requirements, workflows, and documentation. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to improve onboarding quality, speed, transparency, and scalability while ensuring compliance and operational readiness.

Plan and perform risk-based IT audits assessing IT general and application controls, information security, cyber risk, ICT resilience, change management, and regulatory compliance. Prepare audit reports, follow up on remediation, coordinate with control functions and external auditors, and advise on IT-related risks for new systems and processes.

Provide phone and email support to merchants, partners and customers; investigate and troubleshoot payment issues; log and track tickets; escalate to Product/Tech/Risk/Compliance as needed; maintain product knowledge; work rotating shifts to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for EveryPay by prospecting, pitching, and negotiating complex fintech payment solutions. Develop market opportunities, create proposals and quotes, support cross-sell/upsell, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer operational excellence and adoption of cloud-based payment technologies.
