Provide legal and regulatory advice across payments, fintech, technology, e-commerce, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI. Serve independently as Data Protection Officer, overseeing GDPR compliance, DPIAs, data subject requests, breaches, training, and supervisory authority engagement. Draft and negotiate technology, privacy, software, and payments contracts; develop internal policies; monitor regulatory developments; and collaborate with product, technology, compliance, and risk teams. The role also includes stakeholder guidance, risk assessment, negotiation, and mentoring junior legal professionals.

Investigate and resolve production incidents for payment applications, coordinate incident response, perform log/SQL/API analysis, drive RCAs and corrective actions, maintain runbooks and monitoring, support deployments, and act as Level 2 escalation for internal teams to improve service reliability.

Lead sales and business development for EveryPay's fintech payments products: generate and qualify leads, develop proposals, grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell, identify new markets, collaborate cross-functionally for customer operational excellence, and meet KPIs tied to annual revenue strategy.
