Administers full-cycle payroll, employee benefits, retirement plans, leave and separation transactions, vendor relationships, reconciliations, audits, and regulatory reporting. Maintains Paycom or other HRIS data, resolves payroll issues, supports employee relations, delivers training, and contributes to wellness and engagement initiatives. The role collaborates across HR, Finance, leadership, and external vendors while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, accurate records, and effective process controls.

Manages budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and grant and contract financial reporting. Oversees compliance, risk assessment, budget modifications, and collaboration with internal departments and funders. Provides financial guidance, improves processes and reporting systems, and supervises Financial Analysts under the Finance Director.

Supervises Hotline Specialists across phone, text, and chat shifts; monitors queues, staffing, schedule adherence, service quality, and operational performance. Provides coaching, training, feedback, emergency backup, and performance support. Coordinates crisis-service responses involving 9-1-1, Mobile Crisis, and Child Protection Services. Ensures accurate reporting, resolves operational issues, supports employee development, and participates in special projects and continuing education.
