Design and deploy high-throughput LLM inference systems on NVIDIA hardware, optimize GPU cluster and KV cache strategies for long contexts, lead model fine-tuning with PEFT (LoRA/QLoRA), implement prompt engineering and RAG, build LangChain/AutoGen-based applications, and develop enterprise code-assist and customer-service platforms integrating IVR/ACD.

Manage client feature requests from scope and estimation through delivery. Define requirements, create timelines, maintain documentation, coordinate releases, track progress and risks, prepare demos, provide stakeholder updates, and log time in Jira/Timely.

Lead frontend development on React-based and Astro white-label website projects. Deliver, review, and refactor code, optimize performance and scalability, handle incidents, document systems, mentor peers, and collaborate with product and QA to ship features on schedule.
