Build and operate full-stack production features across PHP, AngularJS, Go, Node.js, and SQL. Own work from design through deployment, modernize legacy systems, help decompose a monolith, manage schemas and migrations, write efficient queries, monitor production systems, and collaborate with product and QA. Review code, mentor teammates, document technical decisions, and apply agentic AI coding tools responsibly.

Supports the Thailand Team Leader by managing people operations, team development, onboarding, delivery coordination, Kanban workflow, reporting, risk mitigation, and hiring support. The role tracks team performance, resolves operational issues, supports production stability, maintains process compliance, and communicates team status and remediation plans to management. Technical credibility in frontend development is preferred, but the primary focus is people leadership and operational effectiveness.

Leads Game Presenter and Shuffler teams by coaching employees, assigning tasks, setting goals, resolving conflicts, evaluating performance, organizing meetings, communicating updates, coordinating retraining, and supporting table rotation and pre-shift activities.
