The role involves managing customer success for onboarding and technical support while collaborating on product design and management based on customer feedback.

Prepare federal and state corporate tax returns, R&D credit studies, and international information returns for startup clients. Build tax workpapers, handle extensions, notices, and penalty abatements. Conduct tax research and draft technical memos. Manage workflows across multiple client engagements, maintain organized client files, and assist with onboarding. Collaborate closely with the Head of Tax in a fully remote, fast-paced, startup-focused environment.
