Provide administrative support to Foster Care Case Management staff: receptionist duties, supply and fleet management, filing and data uploads, liaising with landlords, organizing safety drills, local errands, and applying trauma-informed practices when engaging youth, families, and partners.

The Unit Supervisor manages Youth Care Specialists, oversees training and performance, ensures policy implementation, and facilitates daily operations and resident treatment plans in a residential facility.

Provide supervised visitation and transportation for children and families, support foster care case managers by locating resources, entering client data, attending meetings and trainings, promoting positive parenting and child safety, and using trauma-informed approaches to de-escalate situations.
