Leads the organization’s human resources function, developing workforce strategies and overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, succession planning, compliance, HR operations, and organizational culture. Advises executive leadership, manages employee development and engagement initiatives, supports organizational change, ensures employment-law compliance, and mitigates workforce-related risks.

Plans, develops, delivers, and evaluates employee training programs, including onboarding and organization-wide sessions. Maintains the LMS, training content, registrations, records, completion tracking, and compliance documentation. Coordinates logistics, instructor certifications, calendars, and reporting. Uses assessments, audits, and performance data to identify training needs and improve programs. Collaborates with leadership and supervisors to tailor training while promoting trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and ethical practices.

Supervise and support youth in a transitional living group setting, helping them develop independence, life skills, and positive behaviors. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, para-counseling, transportation, meal preparation, household upkeep, financial recordkeeping, appointment coordination, documentation, and collaboration with therapists, psychiatrists, guardians, and other professionals.
